Our services

BoostedCV provides resume writing, editing and related career document services. Package details and prices are listed on our pricing page. Prices are shown in your local currency (AUD, NZD, GBP, USD or CAD), and the amount on your payment request is the amount you pay.

Turnaround

First drafts are delivered within 1–2 calendar days (including weekends) after we receive payment and the information we need from you. If we need more details from you, the timeframe starts once we have them.

Express delivery means your first draft within 24 hours of receiving payment and your files, on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders received on a weekend start the next business day. Executive, academic and federal resumes, selection criteria and online portfolios may take longer; we'll confirm the timeframe when you order.

Online portfolios

An online portfolio stays live for 12 months from when it's published. After that, a yearly fee keeps it online; we'll remind you before it's due. If the fee isn't paid, we take the page down. You can ask us to take it down at any time. You're responsible for making sure the photos, quotes and details you give us are yours to share and that anyone quoted has agreed. If you use your own domain, you buy and own it, and you pay its renewal directly to your domain provider; it stays yours if the portfolio ends.

Revisions

Each package includes free revisions until you're happy, for 30 days after your first draft. Requests to change the target role or add new content may be quoted separately.

Interview Guarantee

If you don't get invited to at least one interview within 90 days of receiving your final resume, we'll rewrite it again for free. To claim:

• Contact us within 100 days of receiving your final files.
• You applied to at least 20 roles that match the experience and qualifications shown on your resume, using the resume we wrote (unchanged).
• You send us a list of the roles you applied for (job title, employer and date), plus proof of applying such as confirmation emails.
• The guarantee covers one free rewrite of the same document for the same type of role. It isn't a refund, and we can't guarantee a job offer, as hiring decisions are made by employers.

Promo codes and store credit

• Promo codes must be entered when you place your order. If you forget, we may offer the discount as store credit for a future order instead of a refund.
• Store credit is linked to the email address it was issued to, can be used once on an order in the same currency, and can't be exchanged for cash, refunded or transferred.

Refunds

• Before work starts: if you cancel before we have started on your order, you receive a full refund.
• After work starts: once we have begun work on your documents (including reviewing your files or sending you questions), the order is non-refundable. You remain entitled to the revisions included in your package.
• Payment disputes: please contact us first so we can fix any problem. If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, we may share your order records with the payment provider, such as order and payment details, messages, the files we delivered, download records and your approval.
• Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Results

We work hard to make your resume as strong as possible, but we can't guarantee interviews or job offers, as hiring decisions are made by employers.

ATS scores

Our free ATS check estimates how applicant tracking software is likely to read your resume, based on common ATS behaviour and recruiter standards. Different employers use different systems, so scores are a guide, not a guarantee.
